Robot Riveting Machine is advanced riveting equipment that developed on the basis of industrial robot, It is consist of robots body, robot controller and the corresponding welding power supply, wire feeding mechanism, cooling system and preheating device, etc. Its main advantage is stability therefore can improve welding quality and productivity, improve labor condition, etc. The use of riveting robot can eliminate the influence of artificial factors on the product quality.

 

Robot Riveting Machine is consist of power supply system, gas supply system and the system configuration of peripheral interface.

1. Power supply system, workstation total capacity 30kw , including 19kva supplied for riveting machine load power, 10kw supplied for robot controller load power and 1kw supplied for peripheral supporting device.

2.Gas supply system, compressed air, air flow in main hose is more than 300 L/min, pressure is 0.6MPa, must be equipped with filter and dryer.

3. The system configuration of peripheral interface:

a. Robot controller and the system configuration of peripheral interface, there is a communication cable connect the robot system with riveting machine equipment,

b. The control cable of robot wire feeding mechanism by the welder derivation, should be connected to the relatively aerial socket behind robot body.

c. The signal cable and power cable of axis servo motor encoders (six pieces) by robot controller, should be connected to the relatively aerial socket behind robot body.

d.The signal cable and power cable of outside axis servo motor encoders (six pieces) by robot controller, should be connected to the relatively aerial socket on the dislodgement machine.

e. The robot controller communicate with programmable controller ( in the peripheral incase) on the port of I/O interface board.

f.The PLC(Programmable Logic Controller) collect signals in peripheral incase, therefore supporting the system with completing the work as scheduled.

g.The signal from riveting equipment workstation holder, safety door switch, work station and other signal are all connected to the peripheral control cabinet through the cable, by the operation of the Programmable Logic Controller.
